ARCHITECTURE
Miguel Florit Pastor Arquitectura, founded in 1994, has extensive experience in the design and development of architectural and interior design projects.
We cover a wide range of work including single-family homes, residential developments, public buildings, hotels, urban planning, renovation of existing buildings, and interior design.
The studio takes into account the respect for the environment and promotes creative, functional and sustainable architecture projects, as far as possible with bio-construction criteria.
We have built a large number of homes throughout the island of Mallorca, accumulating valuable experience in this sector.
PASSIVE HOUSE
The studio is committed to architectural innovation through modern architectural typologies.
The Passivhaus concept refers to buildings with very low energy demand, i.e. buildings with almost zero energy consumption requirements (NZEB). The construction requirements of this type of building mean that the indoor environmental quality is very high and therefore very comfortable and healthy.
In our Mediterranean climate zone there are already many passive houses and buildings built under this standard. With the search for the optimization of existing resources and with passive building techniques, a 70% reduction in air conditioning needs for both heat and cold is achieved compared to the obligations of the current regulations (CTE).

BIO-ARCHITECTURE
Bioarchitecture is that which programs, projects, realizes, uses, overthrows, recycles and constructs sustainable buildings for man and the environment.
A dwelling has to be a home that provides shelter, protection and health, allowing us to have a harmonious relationship with the environment and its nature.
Bioarchitecture has 11 basic principles:

INTERIOR DESIGN
In our interior designs we merge all the requirements of our clients, respecting the essence of each space and adding comfort and elegance.
Our studio considers materials and lighting as entities that allow us to create warm and welcoming environments. Using the combination of noble materials with careful lighting, unique objects and new technologies, we can turn any space into a unique and contemporary environment.
We try to use local and sustainable materials as much as possible, as well as collaborate with local companies and suppliers. Depending on the client’s guidelines, we can introduce art objects, furniture pieces, home automation and audiovisuals.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We coordinate, organize and manage all phases of the project from its conception to the moment of handing over the keys to the owner. In addition, we carry out a financial study focused on the economic aspects of the project and carry out the quality supervision of the final details. We offer “turnkey” solutions that involve a single contractor who will be in charge of meeting all the needs derived from the project in exchange for a previously fixed price. In order to keep our clients informed at any time about the status of their project, contact with them is fluid and constant.
