A home is intimately related to the people who live in it, it is their refuge, so knowing them is essential, knowing what they need, what they want, what their concerns are and what their hobbies are, so we invite them to tell us about their dreams and be able to fulfill them.

Location

The site, the orientation, the views, and the environment are determining factors when designing.
Therefore, through architecture, we try to make the most of these conditioning factors, enhancing their positive aspects and mitigating the negative ones.

Design

“Designing doesn’t have to be complicated.”

We understand that architecture must be clear, coherent, and restrained, avoiding absurdities, clutter, and repetitions, both in its conception and in its realization, making its use comfortable, practical, and easy to maintain.

Materials

“Under the light, materials make us vibrate through their color and texture.”

The location also affects the materials we choose when designing. Living in Mallorca, I am influenced by its ancestral architectural culture, limestone and sandstone, wood, lime mortar, ceramics, old iron (corten steel), age well with time, giving transcendence to the work.

Sustainability

“Try to leave the best footprint on this planet.”

Sustainability is a very present concept in the studio, as we are sensitive to the subject, and therefore, in our projects we try to design under this new social responsibility and obtain the highest qualifications in this regard.

Economy

“If good design is expensive, it’s just not that good.”

In our studio, we are very concerned about the economy of the project, so that it is feasible and affordable for each client.

We request several quotations from different builders in order to make comparative reports regarding: quality, price, and construction time.

Thus, the client chooses the best candidate.
